Summary of this delivery

  • Most of the shortfall is quality, not quantity. Of the 101 tops missing, 103 are units that did arrive but came burnt or stained.
  • Navy Blue rejected on shade. The colour received is darker than the approved sample. The full colour is to be remade: 96 tops and 96 pants. The units already received are set aside in our warehouse awaiting collection.
  • Alternative fits. In Black and Wine, the men's fit on the women's style and the Cherokee units barely arrived. This repeats across colours, so it is a pattern rather than an isolated case.
  • Fourth count, 7 August 2026. Figures come from a full physical recount after the first deliveries: what was handed out plus what is left in our warehouse. It supersedes the previous count.
  • Lab coats are replaced locally. The rejected white women's coats are not part of what we are asking from you; they appear here only for completeness of the count.
  • A shortage requires garment, colour, style, fit, size and length to match. A surplus in one colour or size does not cover a shortage in another.

How to read this count

  • The first count gave 908 units, but they were shipped oversized so that the length was the batch length, not the wearer's.
  • The second count gave 887 and is the one that stands: every pair is already at its wearer's length, so the valid comparison is the one that matches length.
  • The gap of 63 units in Black women's M in the first count was a counting error, not a factory shortage. Black 2XL had also been misclassified between women's and men's.
  • 80 Black pants are surplus with no explanation; this may be a buffer sent to cover losses from the original shortening.
